All purchased items can be returned within 30 days . It is possible to return unworn and unused items to request a refund. The conditions and procedure for this are as follows.
Products shall be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally sent: unworn, not washed or altered. Moreover, returns shall be returned equipped with all tags and any original accessories.
To request an authorization to return, just access to your ACCOUNT and fill up the form at the and of the ORDER DETAIL.

After your request you will receive our authorisation email with the return instructions.
Where a refund has been requested, SANGIORGIO shall endeavour to carry out the refund immediately, in any case within 14 working days from the date of accepting the returns.
Refund shall be made on the same payment method used by the Customer for payment.
